Regarding leaving the hotel, you have to wait a lot at the reception until someone comes, and when they do, they are all frowning🫤😳. You have to ask for everyone: when is breakfast, dinner, how is the lunch situation, we saw on the last day that there was a car wash, out of 3-4 restaurants, only one was open, it was like I was in a student dorm😂. Advice; fix your bathrooms, put up walls and normal doors.

Great Place! We went there with my family for our Christmas break. The food was good and with great variety. The Spa was nice and some of the outside pools worked in winter which was really good. See more in my video: https://youtu.be/fGb7geFEjJ8

As soon as you enter the hotel you get a feeling of SPA and relaxation. Beautiful rooms, furnishings and atmosphere. I didn't like that the next morning the large indoor pool was definitely not cleaned - there were hairballs floating around, there was also garbage at the bottom. It would be nice to think about rooms with games for both adults and children (separate). We saw such a room for children, but it was dark and cold and accordingly there was no one. At breakfast they brought out cucumbers and chopped cabbage, which were very wilted - apparently left over from dinner.
