They consistently go above and beyond, never drop the ball, and handle everything with a calm confidence that makes you instantly feel you’re in the best hands. What stands out most is their professionalism and attitude. They’re proactive, solution-oriented, and incredibly thoughtful. They anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and somehow make even the most complex logistics feel effortless. Even under pressure, they remain gracious, positive, and completely reliable. I agree with the people who have written that the price point doesn’t seem to match the hotel or service. Within 5 mins we had to have maintenance in the room for a TV problem We left baggage with concierge and when we got it back, luggage was dirty and covered in white dust We wanted a drink at the hotel bar and even after telling them we were staying at the hotel the lady at front desk of the bar told us we had to have either reserved or “first come first serve” area at the bar. The areas with reserved signs stayed empty the whole time we were there. Not one attempt to find somewhere for hotel guests to sit Girl at swimming pool area more interested in her phone that maintaining the pool area/ life guarding plus weird spa layout and uneven floor. Concierge not very helpful finding a restaurant for us Breakfast not included in extortionate price Etc
