The hotel was very nice, the location perfect. The breakfast was very tasty and there were lots of options (including lots of desserts and salads, which were very nice). The room was quite big and it had a nice balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave us tips about the city, supermarket etc. There was some construction going on and it would have been nice to know beforehand as it was quite noisy during the day. Otherwise, I would definitely go back again, highly recommend.

A really nice hotel in a great location. It’s a simple hotel but the service is excellent. Our room was very spacious with a big bathroom and a balcony. The continental breakfast had a good variety, including ham, cheese, eggs, cereals, fruits, and more, which was more than enough. The reception team and the bar, security, and night staff were very helpful and friendly, and any request was handled quickly. The location is perfect — just a few steps from Republic Square — yet the hotel is still quiet and peaceful, both inside and outside.

Two stars at most. The furniture is old. Everything is tattered, the mattresses are uncomfortable. The towels are grayed with age. The shower walls are covered in black mold. The breakfast is meager. During our three-day stay, I had stale meatloaf, sausages, and cheese twice. There were no tasty Armenian meat delicacies (sudzhuk, for example). Service is late. It's been a while since I stayed in a hotel where there isn't even drinking water in the rooms. The only positive is that it's close to the center. It's a budget getaway. The reception staff is friendly. Not at all suitable for business travelers.
