We stayed at this hotel for a week on an all-inclusive basis, but in the end, many things were extra. This really defeats the purpose of an "all-inclusive" package. At the pool, it was clearly indicated that sun loungers could not be reserved, yet by 7:00 a.m., they were all already taken by people with towels. This is unacceptable, and the hotel did nothing to enforce its own rule. The pool bar is out of order. Nevertheless, the main pool is truly magnificent; it's the hotel's highlight. The property has a beautiful space and real potential, but it's poorly utilized. When you see "hotel-resort-spa," you expect a relaxing, peaceful place focused on well-being. Here, the atmosphere was more like a hotel-campsite with entertainment and music all day long. One or two occasional activities would have been sufficient. The spas were extra, the spa pool was freezing cold, and the hammam wasn't even working. What a shame. The beach area is very poorly designed; there's a fence across the middle of the view. The beanbag chairs and pretty armchairs are broken and unused. There's nothing on the beach except vending machines for drinks and cocktails, which are also extra. The rooms, on the other hand, were quite nice, despite the rather outdated bathrooms. Another negative point: despite the All Inclusive package, there was little service for drinks, lots of vending machines, and the use of plastic or wooden dishes rather than real ones really surprised me. Several cocktails were also extra. In short: a hotel with great potential, but poorly executed, and an All Inclusive package that doesn't live up to its promises.

Everything was perfect, the staff was impeccable, the food was perfect and we will be back soon, clean and large swimming pool, lush garden and the staff were very kind.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay from October 10th to 17th, 2025. We were warmly welcomed, assisted, and given excellent advice by Candice, Hervé, and Patrick. The hotel room met our expectations and had a sea view. The hotel staff were available and attentive to our needs.
