Excellent service, friendly staff, a wonderful establishment.

We rested for 5 days. The room was clean, without mold. The room was cleaned, but not perfectly. The food is monotonous, tasteless. The location of the hotels is excellent, 10-15 minutes to the city center. The beach is clean, there were always free sun loungers. The sea was wonderful, the water is clear and warm.

This hotel is rated at 1 star at most. In fact, it doesn't even have a 4-star rating anywhere—there are no stars on the hotel sign. We stayed at this hotel for a week, and I can't think of a single positive aspect of the stay. It all started when we were put in a room with no hot water. The receptionist, Salir (I might have misspelled his name), was unhelpful and didn't even try to resolve the issue. He kept insisting that we should wait until morning. Ultimately, after our flight, we went to bed after rinsing in icy water. Considering it's October, and the evenings in Kemer are already chilly, the experience wasn't great. The room itself is shabby: everything is dirty, everything is battered, some lamps don't work, and the door handles are loose. The only amenities this 4-star hotel provides are a bar of soap and a green liquid in a bottle labeled "Shampoo," which looks more like diluted liquid soap. Nothing else. The morning after we filed complaints with the tour operator, we were moved to a room with hot water. Before the tour operator contacted the hotel, the owner simply laughed at our complaints. Besides the lack of hot water, we were also displeased by the ant nest on our balcony, but this only amused the "hospitable host": he told us that ants are everywhere in Turkey. Although we'd been to Turkey before and had never encountered anything like this. So, with great difficulty, we were moved and the hot water issue was resolved—thanks to the tour operator. Next, the downsides. The food barely qualifies as a Soviet-era sanatorium cafeteria: only processed foods like nuggets, soy sausage, occasional chicken, and bony fish that's inedible. For breakfast, there's margarine instead of butter, and some sour substance resembling fermented baked milk instead of cottage cheese. In a country famous for baklava and Turkish delight, this hotel offered some store-bought cookies and biscuits covered in sugar syrup. And this was the same every day. And the all-inclusive rate, mind you. There's simply no choice of tea—only black. There's no lemon for tea or cream for coffee. Considering we don't drink alcohol, for us, all-inclusive was more like three meals a day at a cheap cafeteria. Room cleaning: well, there was essentially none. Two maids, who only spoke Turkish, simply took out the trash and mopped the floors once after we left a tip. They didn't even always supply toilet paper, and we had to go to reception to ask for it. The only people who actually tried in this "hotel" were the female waiter and the boy waiter. Also, the second guy at reception—I don't remember his name. These three people really tried to help. Our entire stay felt like the hotel simply didn't want any guests. Guys, I understand it's the end of the season, but don't host people in October if you're not prepared. The hotel itself is completely dirty and beat-up, and the promised pool doesn't exist because the water is freezing. Wi-Fi is only available for a fee. Completely. The hotel beach is a different story. It's essentially located outside of Kemer, a 15-minute walk away. The beach is dirty, dusty, and the entrance to the water is completely covered in boulders. In the end, we went to a paid beach for 200 lira per person. So, the all-inclusive option didn't work out here either. Another downside is the daily parties at the neighboring hotel with blaring music until midnight. Moreover, the hotel is located in such a way that the music can be heard from anywhere. So, if you were planning on getting a good night's sleep or traveling with children, this is definitely not the place. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, even for free. Friends, read reviews and choose your hotel carefully if you don't want to ruin your vacation.
