Terrible, bathroom with a very strong odor, bad food, the themed dinner was out of place with few options, on Brazilian night it was raw barbecue cooked on a griddle, only skewers, on Portuguese night the cod was super salty, we complained, the waiter took a sample, tasted it, said it was indeed very salty, apologized, but did not remove the plates and that was it. Breakfast was acceptable. I will definitely not return.

The hotel is of very poor quality, especially the food! The themed nights are awful (barbecue, pizza, everything cold), tough meat, etc... The room cleaning leaves much to be desired, mold in the bathroom, the room floor was dirty with sand, I had to ask the cleaning lady to wash the bathroom, otherwise they only take out the trash and towels! We talked to other guests and both the complaints and the dissatisfactions were the same. The night before our stay I went to the reception to ask if they provided breakfast because we were leaving the hotel in the early morning, they said they didn't. We arrived at the airport and met two guests who were there and had breakfast at the hotel. I think there is a lack of communication between the hotel staff. To be a 4-star hotel, it falls short! Unfortunately, we were unlucky in our choice of hotel for this trip.

The accommodation was truly luxurious. The staff were outstanding, incredibly attentive, constantly cleaning, serving guests, and clearing the table. IMPECCABLE! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I would suggest adding a few more Argentinian options to the menu, perhaps more meats, like milanesa. Everything else was excellent.
