Came here in March 2026 during the Ramadan fasting month 🌙. Booked the room through Agoda for RM262. The superior room came with 1 king bed and 1 single bed, which was suitable for our stay. Room 🛏️ Our room was located on the ground floor near the pool and had a small balcony facing the pool area. The sleeping area was spacious and comfortable. However, there are a few things that could be improved. There was a heavy smell coming from the shower room, and the shower area did not have a hook or place to hang clothes, making it inconvenient when changing. The lighting in both the shower and toilet areas was quite dim. It would also be helpful if a hand towel was provided near the hand wash area. Swimming Area 🏊‍♂️ The swimming area provides towels for swimmers, which is a nice touch. However, the kids’ swimming pool was closed for renovations and upgrades during our visit. It would have been better if this information was clearly communicated on Agoda beforehand. Overall Experience 🏨 Overall, the resort has potential but could benefit from better maintenance, such as repairing room doors and improving the bathroom areas.

A resort that has won Best Urban Resort award. It looks nice and the food is ok. If I have one complaint, it's the room that I have is right beside main road. Sometimes noises from passing vehicles can be heard in the room, especially those with loud exhaust. But yeah, it's an "Urban resort" so maybe you should expect that. It's not situated deep inside forest or mountain high that makes you feel surrounded by nature.

We booked this hotel as a family (husband, wife, and three teenagers) and specifically reserved two rooms with a connecting door for safety and convenience. Upon arrival, we were informed that connecting rooms were not available. We accepted rooms next to each other as an alternative. However, after check-in, we discovered that one room’s air conditioner was not functioning at all. The room was hot and uncomfortable and essentially not usable. Maintenance came to inspect, but the solution offered was to upgrade only one room while the other room required additional payment. The upgraded room was also located in a different building and on a different level, which was not suitable for our family arrangement. As a result, we ended up staying together in just one small room, squeezing all of us into a single space. This was not comfortable at all, especially for a family with teenagers. It felt like the management did not consider our situation as a family or understand the purpose of our original booking. We booked connecting rooms for a reason, and the issue was not caused by us. If an upgrade was necessary, it should have been offered for both rooms so our family could remain together. Cleanliness was also disappointing. There was visible dust and even hair in front of our room door. The staircase area was dirty and dusty, which does not meet basic housekeeping standards. Staff service was not welcoming. Upon check-in, no one guided us to our rooms, and we had to find our way ourselves. Additionally, breakfast was replaced with “sahur” but served at 10:40 PM, which does not reflect the proper timing of sahur and Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel for families.
