This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Boracay. When we first checked into our room, it was full of cockroaches and insects. Not just one or two, they were on the walls, crawling around the room, and even in the bathroom. It was extremely unhygienic and completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially in a tourist destination like Boracay. To be fair, the staff did offer to move us to another room, which we appreciated. However, the replacement room had no mobile signal and no working WiFi at all. As tourists who still need to check emails and handle business matters while traveling, this was incredibly inconvenient. So we ended up choosing between a room with cockroaches or a room where we couldn’t communicate with the outside world. Neither option is acceptable for a hotel that charges guests to stay there. I strongly suggest management address the serious cleanliness issues and the lack of reliable internet, because this experience really ruined part of our stay in Boracay.

3rd time in Boracay and this is my honest review ROOMS: it's true the building may look outdated compared to the other hotels especially in station 1 but it was okay for me because I can have a warm shower. The room was big enough and we have a desk to use for work which was significant for us who are remote workers. We were in the Annex building but worry not, even if you've booked a room in this building, there's no difference at all compared to booking their beachfront rooms. All amenities and services are the same. Plus, you can explore not just the white beach area but also the main road/highway for a walk and also discover some nice stores or other restaurants . STAFFS: Very accommodating, polite, kind, and all other positive things I can describe. Their customer service is top-tier. You can request for the replenishment of your toiletries or have your room cleaned, etc. and then the staff does it right away, and they all look like they love what they do. Wherever you go within the hotel premises, you are being greeted with a smile by any staff when they see you. FOOD: delicious but a bit pricey however, the portions are in good amount. The menu options are varied but most of them are Filipino cuisine. WILL I BOOK AGAIN? YES 😊 the hotel is situated where you can perfectly view the sunset in Boracay

Outstanding service and professionalism by the staff. Nilo, Gilbert, Ram, Alice, Jam, Zett..I wish I remembered all their names! 🏅 Overall, hotel is gorgeous—unparalleled location. Some of the rooms could use refurbishing yet all in all, very nice hotel. Again, the staff was so generous in their KINDNESS and hospitality—top tier!! Thank you!
