Awesome view and very nice personal. The internet is unfortunately not necessarily made for working remotely. Also the Kitchen is not very well equipped if you plan to cook a lot. However the view is amazing, on one side you see the sea and on the other el teide, very beautiful!

We stayed for work and had a very unpleasant experience at these apartments. After staying for seven days without any problems, on Sunday one of our colleagues had to change rooms due to bed bug bites, and that same night they also appeared on the sofa in another apartment. Faced with this situation, we were forced to leave early, even though we had paid for the last night. The worst part wasn't just the problem itself, but the subsequent handling of it. When we reported what had happened, the accommodation's response was to imply that "we must have brought them ourselves" and question what had occurred, despite the fact that the infestation had been reported and affected two different apartments. Instead of offering a solution or showing concern, their attitude was defensive and unprofessional. A situation like this can happen anywhere, but how it's handled makes all the difference. In our case, the experience and the service we received left much to be desired. We won't be returning, and we certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
