All the negative reviews described are an absolute fact! The hotel is NOT OK! Not at all! In no way. I'm sorry that we wasted our weekend in this disgusting place with the hope of a pleasant and peaceful SPA experience. Don't be fooled by the pictures, everything in this place is disgustingly busy and stinks of disgust. If you want to cause yourself indescribable unpleasant consequences such as rashes, poisoning, infections, etc. visit this wonderful place, a paradise for bacteria, steeped in mold! Spiders elegantly decorate every corner of the "clinic". The service is shocking - a crooked receptionist, incredibly "polite" maids who burst into the rooms without knocking periodically so as not to "shock" you. Hanging on the floor of the only elevator "old man from Bansko". The food is miserable. This place is a total disaster in every way, there is simply nothing to charm you, the whole "feeling" is of illness and depression!

We came to Dentopreim (late October) for my husband's dental work, and we were very lucky with the hotel. The location is excellent: the sea is a 5-minute walk away. The bus stop to the center of Varna and Lidl are 5 minutes away. Everything is within walking distance. Most importantly, the clinic is a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is not new, but very clean. The staff is wonderful. The cleaner, Olya (on the 5th floor), helped with everything and cleaned the room beautifully. We took full board with breakfast, lunch, and dinner and were not disappointed. Every day for lunch and dinner there were three types of meat dishes, three types of salads, three types of side dishes, and two soups. Everything was delicious. And most importantly, the menu included free alcoholic drinks for lunch and dinner: red and white wine (very tasty) 😋 and beer. This hotel has its own wine store. The dining room is clean. The tables were wiped down immediately, and you could always find a clean table to eat. This hotel also has a wonderful spa. Vesya, the masseuse, does all types of massage, from anti-cellulite to therapeutic. She's petite, like a girl, but her hands are strong. I had a massage and a spa capsule at this salon. I was very pleased. This hotel also has a pool with warm thermal water, which was very nice (at the end of October, you can only go to the sea). We need to come back to the clinic in April. We want to book a room at this hotel again. I read a couple of reviews about this hotel being dirty, but that's not true. CLEANLINESS IS NOT WHERE THEY CLEAN, BUT WHERE THEY DON'T LITTER!!! Everyone speaks Bulgarian. This is an honest review.
