We had the opportunity to stay on the magnificent island of Crete, a truly charming destination with sublime landscapes, idyllic beaches, and a warm, typically Mediterranean atmosphere. The island itself is a gem: picturesque villages, unspoiled nature, rich history… a real pleasure to explore. However, our experience at the hotel was more mixed. The setting is undeniably pleasant, with beautiful outdoor spaces and facilities conducive to relaxation. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the lack of presence and friendliness from the staff, particularly at reception and the bars. Smiles were rare, they were not very available, and we were often forced to serve ourselves—which detracts somewhat from the charm of a hotel stay, especially an all-inclusive package. In the restaurant, the staff was more welcoming and pleasant, which was much appreciated. However, in the last few days, the buffet was closed and replaced with plated service from the kitchen. A much more limited package, far from the advertised and paid-for "all-inclusive" experience, which reinforced our feeling of being left wanting more—both figuratively and literally. In short, Crete remains a wonderful destination that we wholeheartedly recommend, but the hotel, despite its pleasant decor, clearly lacks the warmth and organization needed to deliver the promised experience. With a little more effort put into the quality of service and a genuine commitment to the all-inclusive concept, the experience could be far more satisfying.

Very nice hotel. The Service was really good and they have a nice pool with palm trees. I enjoyed the time there, thank you.
