We stayed at the hotel for New Year's Eve as a couple. We were impressed with the value for money and very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. Of course, there were one or two minor drawbacks. Finding the perfect shower temperature was a bit tricky, and the rooms are showing their age. However, this wasn't a problem for us. We were very happy with the excellent food, the spacious spa area, and the cleanliness. In our opinion, that's the most important thing. On New Year's Eve, there was a fantastic five-course meal with a champagne aperitif and a party afterwards. If we're ever in the area again, we would definitely choose this hotel again. Many thanks to all the staff and also to the management.

We recently stayed here and had a disappointing experience. We were first given a smaller, lower-category room than what we booked, even though it was described as an “upgrade.” They then showed us the original room we booked, but it looked much darker than the photos online, which seemed edited. We do appreciate that the manager tried to resolve the issue by offering a renovated room of the correct size. However, the hotel still uses old-fashioned keys and does not have spare keys for the bathroom. One of us got locked inside, and the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, telling us not to lock the bathroom door again instead of properly assisting. There was no kettle or coffee machine, no tea, and water was only provided on the first day. And the phone in the room doesn’t work . Very horrible service and the room has a bad smell.The service did not feel like a 4*hotel-level service, do not expect the same standards as other hotels, and the price is not worth it at all. Considering the location and overall experience, we do not recommend staying here.

The hotel is large, and finding your way around can be a little challenging at first. However, the reception staff explained everything very clearly and thoroughly during check-in. The location is quiet and pleasant. The center of St. Moritz is about a 30-minute walk or less than 10 minutes by bus. It's clear that many renovations have been carried out: the restaurants are beautifully designed, as are the rooms. Several areas offer breathtaking views. We were very satisfied with the staff in all departments; you can tell they work with heart. There is ample parking around the hotel, and the spa area also impressed us. The cleanliness was impeccable. Due to some negative reviews, we were a bit skeptical beforehand, but we can't understand them at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. We would gladly stay here again anytime.
