Eurostars Magnificent Mile

The view and location of the room was the best part. Unfortunately the tile on the floor in the bathroom was very loose to the feet. The shower wasn’t transparent on both ends. No microwave and the fridge is pretty small. There should be more bang for your buck here.

I booked a staycation for New Year’s Eve through that Saturday. Overall, I’d rate this hotel a 3 out of 5. One thing I appreciated was how strict and protective the hotel is. The maximum number of guests per room is four, and everyone staying in the room must be registered and wear a wristband at all times. Without a wristband, you’re not allowed back in, which definitely adds a layer of security. The food menu could use more variety, but it’s manageable. There’s a restaurant and a bar on the first floor. If you prefer to avoid crowds, room service is available; however, there’s an additional 40% charge, which I didn’t quite understand. I ordered BBQ and it tasted like a hot dog. I requested a higher floor, but upon arrival I was told the highest available was the 8th floor. Unfortunately, that floor was very chaotic, with guests arguing and fighting. I requested to be moved to a different room and floor, but was informed I’d have to wait until the next day due to over a hundred checkouts. Thankfully, my request was honored, and I was moved to the 25th floor. While the view wasn’t anything special, the peace and quiet made a huge difference, and I was much more comfortable. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows are terrible. Would I stay here again? Probably not. One time was enough for me. If you book, I recommend utilizing the breakfast voucher if you do not plan on leaving the hotel. Lastly, the hotel is in a great location!

Love this hotel! I used to stay here a lot for work, and even had our wedding after party on the roof when it was Vertigo/Dana Hotel days. This was my first time returning back since the hotel name change, not much has changed except limited staff I think, at least when we arrived. Our flight got cancelled so we booked rooms here last minute. Rooms were clean and perfect as I remember. The biggest surprise was the hotel restaurant. That place has changed a few times in the past several years and it was amazing!! Breakfast and dinner, so so good! We had breakfast there every day it was so good! Overall, great experience.
