We booked this hotel as a couple for a city break and spent five nights there at the end of December. The location is excellent – Oriente train station is about a 5-minute walk away, which is ideal for excursions and arrival/departure. Unfortunately, the hotel is advertised as a 5-star luxury hotel, but it doesn't live up to this claim in any way. The Wi-Fi either didn't work at all or was very unreliable, the TV had extremely poor picture quality, and the desk in the room was very small. The wellness area (sauna and gym) is also extremely small and doesn't meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this category. On the positive side, the cleanliness and overall tidy appearance are noteworthy. In conclusion: If you're looking for a clean and tidy hotel in a good location, this is a good choice. However, anyone expecting luxury and true 5-star standards will definitely be disappointed. The staff was very friendly!

We stayed as a family for two nights. Eurostars never disappoints. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful; they make you feel right at home. Thank you, Tiago, Raquel, Rei, and all the other staff—everyone was fantastic. The hotel is a little far from the city center, but it's in a very modern and attractive shopping and service area. Public transportation is nearby and efficient.
