We checked in late - 2230 and the reception was not friendly. Tried to order room sercive and they argued with us about the menu. When food did show up it was gross. Sheets and matress pad were stained and staff was rude when we asked them to change the bedding. WIFI was "under maintenance"and not working. CR was not clean and no hot water. Toilet barely worked. When I got to the airport in the morning I realized that the lobby had not returned my ID from check-in. When we called they told us to arrange our own way to get it. We had to use a delivery service.

We checked in on November 12. and we came from La Union and decided to walk in here just to rest for a bit. I actually work as a front office staff , so I’m pretty familiar with the standard procedures. When I said we were walk-ins, the front desk on duty sighed heavily — like she was tired or annoyed already. We were just asking normal questions about the room inclusions, but her approach toward us was quite rude and unprofessional. The staff couldn’t even smile, and she was even making “tsk tsk” sounds while using her computer — very unwelcoming behavior for someone working in hospitality We also requested if it was possible to offset one room and just add an extra bed instead, so we could all stay in one room. She said it wasn’t possible because it was already “run in the system,” which doesn’t make sense because it wasn’t even night audit time yet. If ever, they would just vacate one room and set up the extra bed in the other — simple as that. But anyway, maybe that’s really not allowed there. As a “no star” hotel, even an extra pillow costs ₱50. In our 4-star hotel, that’s complimentary. The breakfast fee is around ₱350, but it’s not even a buffet. The elevator is barely working, the bathroom is dirty, and there’s no staff assisting with the luggage. Also, the lady giving out the survey shouldn’t be asking where we’re from — that’s a matter of privacy. It would’ve been fine if she just asked where we came from or traveled from instead. The Wi-Fi connection is terrible, the TV doesn’t work properly, and the coffee is such a rip-off — ₱200 for a tiny cup of black coffee! The door looks like it could break with just one kick. Overall, not a good experience. ( GO FOR HOTEL SOGO MUCH BETTER HAHA )
