Extremely poor customer service and abusive policy Terrible experience. I made a reservation and accidentally selected the wrong dates, a mistake I noticed within 10 minutes of completing the booking. I contacted the hotel immediately to either change the dates or cancel the reservation, especially considering that the stay is one month away, leaving more than enough time to resell the room. The hotel’s response was a flat refusal, with zero flexibility and no attempt whatsoever to help. What makes this even worse: The hotel has availability for today and the coming days The correct dates I requested are actually CHEAPER than the ones I was charged Despite this, they chose to keep the money instead of showing basic fairness or professionalism This is not a reasonable policy — it is profiting from an obvious human error. This was not a last-minute cancellation, but a correction requested almost immediately after booking. If this is how they treat a customer before the stay even begins, I can only imagine how they handle real issues on site. No empathy, no customer care, and no ethical business practices. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. There are many other places that understand what respectful and reasonable customer service means.
