The hotel is very clean, with rooms cleaned daily. The staff speaks good English, is friendly, and doesn't demand tips. The food is safe (no "Pharaoh's curse"), although underseasoned, but there's always something to choose from. The hotel shops are a big plus – souvenirs are cheaper than in town, and you can haggle and pay by card. The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Instead of expensive taxis, we recommend Uber (about 15 PLN to the city). There are also local shops nearby. Rooms facing the street can be noisy at night. The free Wi-Fi in the lobby is weak, and elsewhere it costs $6 per day. The beach is quite small and densely packed with loungers. The pool area is undergoing renovations during the day (tile cutting).

We finished our stay today. The food was very extensive, with something for everyone. The service was helpful, and the waiters were very friendly. The number of sunbeds by the pools was too small for the number of tourists staying. After finding two, after about five minutes, they were trying to persuade us to get a massage, then another 10 minutes, a tattoo, then a haircut, then a party in Hurghada, then another massage and tattoos. Each time, we politely refused service, and the gentlemen were pushy, intrusive, and insulted us in Arabic (Uncle Google helped translate, and they didn't even know it). They kept coming back and offering these services. I asked them for an hour of peace (I wanted to read a book). In an hour, the situation resumed: massages, tattoos, etc. In a now-soaring voice, I said I wanted nothing more than to finish the page and go to my room where I could finish the chapter. The gentleman began to shush me and also said that my loud voice might disturb others (who bothers whom?). I understand that's their job, but how many times can you listen to the same thing, how many times can you say no to something you don't want at that moment? We had booked a room with a sea view, but it turned out to be overlooking the lawn, sidewalk, and gym (we reported this to reception, but unfortunately, it didn't help).
