Excellent hotel located not far from Times Square. We had the bed and breakfast package. I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back.

Excellent place, super clean, very comfortable, and a spectacular location near the city center. The à la carte breakfast had options for all tastes, and my waiter, Xavier, provided top-notch service. The afternoon reception staff was very friendly and attentive, but I can't say the same for the morning staff, especially Yahaira. She was completely inattentive to the guests; it was as if I were begging for service instead of paying for it. And speaking with other guests, it wasn't just my opinion or that of the group I was with. She had a sour face and made unpleasant gestures in response to any question, request, or need. I feel this is an essential part of a good hotel experience, and without a doubt, this is a RED flag for YOUR PLACE
