My home away from home... Always Professional and Courteous staff. The Hotel and it's Rooms are clean. The Pool and Hot tub always ready...Hot Coffee 24/7, and breakfast every morning. Great location for dining, shopping, and a Movie Theater close by...

Upon entering the hotel, it wasn't warm and inviting. We weren't greeted, instead we were all treated like a bunch of useless homeless people. We stayed here after the RedCross was done providing shelter after we lost everything on the flood. The staff want not pleasant to work with. Never a friendly smiling face, nit a Hello, or even a let us know if we can do anything to make your stay easier or better in anyway. Instead the manager was very unfriendly, the staff seemed to be stress having g her breathe down their neck constantly while working. They didn't seem to enjoy their job. Breakfast was good but never anything different. I'm sure they could improve in many areas. I worked hospitality for many years at one of the only 5 diamond resorts on all of the west coast and if we would have ever displayed the actions and reactions to guest as these employees we wouldn't have had a job, to be honest i don't believe anyone of those people would have been hired to work in that industry if the employer/owner could see how miserably they looked and treated their guest, I could feel the tension between the manager and the employees. Maybe it's the manger they need to look into, maybe she should retire, so then she could probably be happier!
