Very nice hotel with comfortable beautiful spotless room. Free tea and coffee in the room, with kettle and excellent heating system. As well as many other complimentery things. The only thing I didn't like was the location a little out of the world and definitely far from the center, however very good and super breakfast!

Very warm welcome. Very easy to access, good location. Comfortable, clean, and quiet room. The relaxation, massage, and wellness area is fantastic! Top-notch, pleasant welcome! I recommend it! It's a shame we lost a star for the breakfast service, which we paid for at the same time as the room. We arrived at 10:32 am for breakfast because we thought it was served until 11:00 am, but it was actually until 10:30 am. We were very poorly received. They did offer us breakfast in a separate room because the main dining area was going to be tidied and cleaned, which we understood, and apologized for not having understood the correct times (2 minutes 🫣). We weren't the only ones arriving at that time. While we were enjoying our breakfast, a gentleman, clearly annoyed with the situation, was grumbling and complaining to his colleagues, "You have to stop coming at 10:45 for breakfast; once it's closed, it's closed." It's not very professional to complain in front of customers... We'll gladly come back, but next time we'll skip breakfast, or at least arrive two minutes late.

We booked a massage with spa access. Unfortunately, the welcome was very disappointing: very little explanation upon arrival, we were simply told to go up to the 4th floor. When we arrived at the spa, there was no one at reception, no information about the changing rooms, and the lockers weren't working. In the end, another guest had to help us, which is unacceptable given the expected standard. On the other hand, the massages were excellent. We truly had a wonderful time with them, thanks to the professional therapists and the high-quality treatment. It's a shame that the overall experience was marred by such a clear lack of service and welcome.
