The hotel is magnificent. The rooms are big, clean and luxurious. The staff are so friendly, from front desk outside, front desk inside, breakfast staff and room service staff- they are all nice and helpful. I checked-in twice this week and both reservations are well organized. They even have some welcome treats. I recommend this hotel and its worth the price. Location is safe and area is so bright.

This hotel boasts an unparalleled location, conveniently situated right next to Milano Central station. The staff is incredibly helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant and bar. I was upgraded to a premium room, but unfortunately, my stay was far from peaceful. While Marriott brand beds are usually a highlight, this one had some issues. Every morning, I woke up with severe back pain, and it persisted for both mornings. Initially, I thought I had caught a cold and couldn’t comprehend why I was in pain. However, after careful consideration, I realized it wasn’t a sickness and didn’t mention it to the staff, which I now regret not doing. I genuinely wish my stay had been restful, as it would have made a significant difference in my overall experience and my trip.
