Amazing and exclusive hotel! A spa with two heated pools, one of which is outdoor! Top-notch rooms, lots of daily pampering and gifts! Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

I'll start by saying that this hotel's location is unique! It has a breathtaking view... The staff is professional and attentive, and kudos to Patrizia for the massage... she was excellent! The walls need freshening up, and the carpets and elevators need cleaning. The TVs are old, and the bathroom fixtures are a bit dated... But I understand that this is a large facility, but it's also true that they charge. I want to focus on the much-vaunted spa, which is a scandal! The indoor pool, full of noisy children, is more like a pool in a small provincial town than a spa (where you should at least relax). Everything is messy, towels everywhere, not enough loungers for everyone, it's a complete mess! My husband and I basically went in and out immediately, we didn't know where to put ourselves. You have to limit the number of people, especially children, because it's absurd that I'm paying for a service that I'm being prevented from using.
