We stayed 3 nights and were very comfortable. Impeccable service from all the staff. Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. The breakfast was very complete. Dinners were like home cooking. Thank you very much.

We wouldn't return and were very dissatisfied, although there were some positive aspects. Positives: - The location is fantastic, with the train and bus station right next door. It's also just a few minutes from the city walls and the town center. - Peace and quiet; you can't hear a pin drop at night. - The reception and room service staff are excellent. Negatives: - The hotel needs a complete renovation; it's very outdated. - There's no ramp for disabled access at the main entrance; I don't know if there's another way in. - The elevator is very small. If you have a couple of suitcases... - The rooms are a decent size, but they're also quite worn and outdated. - The shower is a disaster because they have a problem with the boiler pressure, and you could even get burned. The water comes out very hot, then the pressure drops, and it suddenly turns very cold. And it keeps repeating. The bathroom could also use a serious renovation, especially the bathtub. The bed made an excessive amount of noise; I'm not sure if it was the frame or the headboard that was moving. For several days, the room was unbearably hot, and you can't lower the headboard; you can only raise it. Honestly, I don't know why they have 4 stars; they're more like 2.5. I absolutely do not recommend it, and it's a shame because the staff were wonderful.
