Hotel Le Soleil was an outstanding choice for our stay in Midtown Manhattan, and we truly had a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the very first moment, the hotel staff took great care of us and made us feel welcome. Throughout our stay, everyone was consistently helpful, friendly, professional, and attentive. From the doormen, to the reception team, to the cleaning staff, and the managers, every person we encountered contributed to making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The location is simply perfect and hard to beat. It is close to so many of Manhattan’s main sites and attractions, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. For anyone visiting New York, the location alone is a huge advantage. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need for a Manhattan vacation. After busy days in the city, it was always great to come back to a room that felt comfortable, practical, and welcoming. Another major plus is the value. The prices are very reasonable, and compared to what you get, this hotel is an amazing deal. In Manhattan, it is not easy to find a place that combines this level of service, comfort, location, and value so well. The gym was also excellent and a big bonus for us. It is available 24/7, which is incredibly convenient and made the stay even better. During our stay, we also had flight changes, and the hotel was very considerate and accommodating. They allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated and which made a stressful situation much easier. A special thank you to Steve, who helped us on our last day and approved the late check-out, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this hotel truly deserves high praise. The staff, the location, the comfort, and the value all exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back in the future, and for us, this is the ideal place to stay in Manhattan. Highly recommended!

I booked this hotel because it was an affordable option near Times Square, expecting it to be simply functional and nothing more. However, the experience exceeded all my expectations and turned out to be one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had in New York. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Our check-in time was scheduled for 3:00 pm, but we got there at 11:00 am. I only asked if they could store our luggage until check-in, and to our surprise, they gave us our room right away at no extra charge. It was a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference. On the day of our departure, the positive experience continued. We checked out at 8:30 am, and since our flight was not until 7:00 pm, the hotel stored our luggage free of charge until 4:00 pm. That was extremely helpful and once again showed the kindness and care of the staff. Everyone on the team was incredibly courteous: the front desk staff, the doormen, and the restaurant staff were all polite, attentive, and professional. The room was modern, beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. The only small downside was the sofa bed, which was not as comfortable as the rest of the room, but that did not take away from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I return to New York.

This hotel went above and beyond, I called ahead letting them know that we’re staying here for my friend’s birthday and they have the room set up with a birthday card, balloons, a cake, and a bottle of champagne. ( I did ask for a bottle so that was an extra change but I gave them a limit ). All the staff was excellent but the assistant front desk manager, Saloua, was so kind, attentive and helpful it defiantly made our trip all the better! I can’t wait to come back and stay at some of their other locations!!
