I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and was very pleased overall. First of all, from the moment we checked in, the friendly and professional approach of the reception staff made us feel truly welcome. Check-in was very quick and smooth. The reception staff were both very attentive and genuinely went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Their communication with guests was very sincere and respectful. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was very peaceful and orderly. The staff's approach to guests is truly commendable. Everyone, from the housekeeping staff to the restaurant employees, does their job meticulously and does everything they can to make guests comfortable. This makes the stay experience much more enjoyable. The hotel manager's attention to guests was also a very nice touch. It's clear they care about guest satisfaction. This kind of management approach further enhances the hotel's quality. The harmony between the hotel management and the staff, and their approach to guests, is very professional. The breakfast was truly excellent. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of items, and everything was fresh, delicious, and carefully prepared. The inclusion of local products added extra value to the breakfast. The presentations were clean and tidy, and the restaurant staff were constantly attentive, taking care to address any shortcomings. Overall, we had a wonderful stay thanks to both the quality of service and the attentiveness of the staff. We truly felt like valued guests. Therefore, I would like to thank all the hotel staff, the reception team, and the management for their efforts. If I were to stay in this area again, I would definitely choose the same hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Note: The location is convenient and easily accessible. It offers good value for money and I recommend it.

I never write reviews, but this one has been a negative one for me for so long. Last year, I was transiting through Antalya. I stayed at this hotel for one night because it was close to the airport. Upon check-in, I was given the keys to a room where a man had already checked in (the man himself was shocked, unlike me, since I opened the door with the keys and went into the room). They started sorting things out, gave me a different room, and at 2 a.m., hotel staff started knocking on my door, claiming I'd checked out. It was very interesting. They opened the door with their key, even though I was already screaming from inside, "Who's there?" and "What do you want?" Then I called reception, and they said the police were checking. I opened the door, and the reception staff were there, which surprised me greatly. I just sat there until the morning. I don't recommend it.
