Phone doesn’t work. TV doesn’t connect to anything. Complained to desk who put in a work order but after four days, I’m still waiting. Was told I would be moved to a room where everything worked. That was 3 days ago. Called corporate. Wrote corporate. Still nothing. I like the room and the idea of the kitchen but the stove burners are rusted. I don’t trust using them.

Here I am, once again. Torn apart.

I had one of the most unpleasant check-in experiences I have ever encountered, which is why I feel compelled to share this review even though this happened a while back. Upon arriving at the motel, I was assisted by a young woman who identified herself as “Nesha.” I greeted her, but she did not respond. Instead, she gave me a dismissive look and asked for my name. I provided my identification as requested. During the check-in process, she had her personal cell phone on the counter with a call on speakerphone. The conversation was loud, vulgar, and entirely inappropriate for a public, professional setting. The person repeated her name twice on the call which is how I got her name. She proceeded to engage in conversation with the caller, laughing and speaking while assisting me, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional. Afterward, she asked me to sign the tablet, gave me my room key, and stated my room number aloud—without providing any directions or basic information about the property. What was especially concerning is that the person on the phone was able to hear my room number. This made me feel uneasy and unsafe, as I had no idea who was listening on the other end of that call. She then abruptly dismissed herself and continued her phone conversation, laughing, without acknowledging me further. At that moment, I genuinely questioned whether I should stay or leave, as the interaction was neither welcoming nor reassuring. I did leave and decided to stay at the Hilton that’s a minute away from here. I sincerely hope this employee is coached on proper conduct. Professionalism, courtesy, and respect for guest privacy are essential in any customer service environment, particularly in hospitality.
