We stayed at the hotel for 8 days, and during that entire period, our room was only cleaned on the seventh day. If we needed clean towels or a change of bed linen, we were forced to take everything to the lobby to request a replacement. Furthermore, the hotel did not collect the trash from the rooms for seven consecutive days. As there were four of us, a significant amount of trash accumulated, forcing us to tie bags and take them down to the lobby to dispose of them. Many guests, not wanting to go down, ended up leaving the trash bags in the hallways, which created an appearance of total disorganization. Another extremely unpleasant point was the constant odor in the hallways. It was a very strong smell and difficult to describe. I noticed that the hotel tried to mitigate the problem with an automatic fragrance system, but even so, the smell remained unbearable. In short, given all these inconveniences, I do not intend to return to the hotel and I do not recommend it to anyone. ———————————— We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, and our room was only cleaned on the seventh day.
