Extended Stay America Suites Cincinnati Covington

Me and my girlfriend and cat were in for the Bengals game staying at 650 W 3rd St, Covington, KY 41011 extended stay American suits room 413. We got back from the game , cleaning up so we didn't leave a mess for house keeping and there was a crack pipe or something she stepped on but nobody was cut, we were feeling pretty sick after the first nights stay but thought it was the travel, my cat is not the same... I put what ever pipe it was it in tissue paper and took it to the front desk young lady. Room stunk like piss and smoke , we just left .. I have no idea who to contact yet but we're not feeling the best so I want it reported or something so someone else is not staying there..

I love this place. I only paid $455 including tax for seven nights. My only complaint was the microwave was not at waist high. It was down on a lower shelf so I had to bend over to use it and my suggestion to them was if it could be up on the counter I’m 73 years old 6 foot tall so I had to stoop over a lot to use it but that’s why about my only complaint. I was here seven nights there wasn’t any housekeeping, but I didn’t mind because I don’t really like housekeeping coming in my room every day except if I need you know if I need towels or a change on my bed which I didn’t in which case I would’ve requested it I’m sure I don’t know what the policy is. I’m sure if I had requested it. They would’ve provided it, but that wasn’t an issue for me because I would’ve asked him no service if they had done it every day oh there’s a little kitchen in here. I mean, I didn’t cook all my meals here but a full-size refrigerator microwave. There’s no oven but there is a stove two burner stove top fantastic location. The bus stop city bus in front. You can go to Cincinnati. You can go to the airport anywhere on the bus Public Transit there’s a lot of restaurants within one block and if you use Instacart like I did. There’s a Kroger‘s like less than 2 miles away but as you know, Instacart will go anywhere. OK let’s stay here. We got in house Laundromat and they have Grab and go breakfast not much to speak of but what do you expect for 455 bucks including tax for seven nights I’ve done and didn’t expect a lot but I do have coffee instant oatmeal what else is over Nutri-Grain bars let’s see here friendly staff oh TV big screen TV which was nice in my room heater works great and I I’m not handicap In an accessible room because I’m afraid of falling in bathtubs and showers and the accessible room bathroom has of course grab bars and a shower chair, which is kind of nice in a walk-in shower Let’s see what else I mean I mean there’s people that live here in this hotel. I could see that living here but I know I’m from Fort Myers Florida. My sister-in-law‘s ex-husband lived in a and Extended Stay oh no up here actually he lived in the Extended Stay in blue Ash for the last 10 years of his life it’s not a nursing home. I mean, I could see why people live here. It’s nice. It’s nice. I mean the rates and the monthly rates I checked down or even even more reasonable than the weekly rate of what that rate I gave you was you know for a week seven nights I don’t know what else to say. This is my second time I’ve stayed here. I definitely I’m visiting my brother who lives in mile away in Covington but Whenever I come back to visit him, I’m definitely gonna stay here and I’m thinking about moving back here this summer and when I come up to do an apartment search I’ll definitely go stay here again no doubt about that. I’ve done the Airbnb. I don’t like Airbnb yeah I like being in a hotel where you can walk to the front desk and see sea live people in Airbnb I’m all by myself which I am at home. I’ve lived by myself for years, but it’s kind of nice for a change. You know I’m in a hotel which isn’t very often. I’m gonna have people around change your pace I could go on and on. I really like this place. I don’t know what else you want. I did the whole reservation on their app. Go to the app and check it out. Yeah they got locations all over the place and what else can I say?

Our group reserved a room at this Extended Stay in Covington, KY to briefly decorate and present gifts to a community member. While waiting for the room purchase to be completed, we remained respectful and caused no disruption. The front desk clerk informed us we could not remain on the property and told us to leave, despite our explanation of the purpose of our visit. We were then told the police would be called if we did not leave. The situation could have been handled more professionally with clear communication and basic courtesy.
