Extended Stay America Suites San Jose Edenvale South

This location is disgusting. We stayed here in desperation to house our family. There are heavy drug activities in the parking lot and surrounding areas. Lots of safety concerns would t recommend housing your children here or even for weekend getaways. Doors in every entry and exit has issues when you address it to management they promise to fix it but never do. Dawn is very unprofessional she is the manager but frequently has get Jerry to do things. Staff and residence know this just based off her unprofessionalism at the desk. I’ve been to many other extended stays and unfortunately this location and morgan hill are very alarming. Mold on bathroom walls because the maintence never fixed the fan in our bathroom. Doors are compromised at every entry way propped open for anyone to come and go. There security is very limited.

Management is one of a kind always with a smile on her face always happy and ready to meet your needs and accommodate you in any way possible. Dawn is a really good manager with employees that work well together and they wouldn't be a team without Jerry who does it all and handles everything inbetween making sure guests are happy, rooms are to their liking and coffee is hot and ready to go every morning with a fully stocked grab and go breakfast for the early birds and even the ones who like to sleep in won't miss out on their morning cup of Joe to start their day as well. These people are a great bunch of people you'd be happy to meet, they give off such a positive energy that you'll want to continue going back, I know because I'm one of those people that came back and now me and my family stay here long term and it's all because of the staff that makes the extended stay edenvale South stand out far more than any other location. Family orientated atmosphere, good vibes right when you step foot in the door, very clean and inviting sparkling pool pet friendly, who could want anything more? It's all here, this is the place to go, trust me or better yet find out for yourself and stay a weekend, with great prices you couldnt go wrong. Thank you everybody for making here feel like home. The staff here is great. I had some problems checking in going through a third party but Dawn made sure I was compensated and had my back to the fullest. Even at their busiest hrs she would still take the time to assist me until I was satisfied. Thanks again Dawn .
