The place is very nice and comfortable, we had an excellent stay with a small inconvenience that we booked a room with 2 beds through Booking and upon arrival they gave us a single bed because Booking used an intermediary, they told us, other than that the hotel is perfect.

Never coming back to this hotel. My husband booked 15 days at this hotel. On the 3rd day, there were noises coming from the upstairs room. They quieted down, but not for long. The next day, next door, there were 3 people shouting and fighting, banging on the wall. It was horrible. We called reception, and they sent someone to talk to these people, but they didn't stop; they kept shouting. We called reception again, and they blocked the room's phone line. We called from our own phone, but they didn't answer. We called the police, and those cynical people go out of the hotel to smoke and go back inside. My husband already explained the situation to them, and how could those idiots just say "sorry" and "excuse me"? They're useless. Everyone at that hotel came from far away just to see how they protect drunk people. Even after the police left, one of those people was still yelling insults at my husband in the hallway. The hotel excused themselves, saying it was the weekend and they couldn't do anything. We contacted Expedia, who emailed this hotel, and they haven't responded or resolved anything. November 29, 2025 at 2:30am. Today is Monday, November 1. Resolved. We left that same night but very happy with our new hotel. It was a nightmare.
