Factory House Hostel

I highly recommend this hostel. It's a good location, quiet and peaceful, a 10-15-minute walk to the metro station, with great restaurants nearby, close to Sagrada Familia and Parc Guel. The staff is very friendly. Above all, the price was affordable, and for that price, it was fantastic. The rooms were clean, cleaned daily, and each had curtains around the bed for privacy. The beds were comfortable, and the hostel was warm (in February).

We stayed 4 nights at this property, located in the Gracia area, slightly outside the very expensive city center. Supermarkets are nearby, bars offer great prices, and buses are a 5-minute walk away, while the metro is a 15-minute walk away. The staff is polite and friendly (especially the young man). The breakfast they offer is very good, with freshly squeezed juice and excellent ground coffee (as an Italian, I can confirm). The price includes coffee or cappuccino, juice, and a snack. There are also free lollipops and chocolates, as well as hot tea to make in the kitchen area. *Tea is offered upon arrival*. Regarding the rooms, I stayed in number 7, which is on the outside. The rooms are well-maintained, with an excellent bathroom including a small hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, toilet paper, and soap. The room is clean and comfortable. *Room 7 had a slight wind coming from the door, and the roof needs repainting*. The facility offers board games, an indoor and outdoor relaxation area with a smoking area, a kitchen with a refrigerator, kettle, and mini-oven, music with various playlists, a toilet in the entrance, and everything is very tidy, with paintings and sofas. Each bed has an electrical outlet, a light, and blackout curtains with a storage drawer and hangers. There's also Wi-Fi and a foosball table. There are video surveillance cameras, and the door is accessed via a card (just tap it). The cleaning under the mattress between the bed rails could be improved. Only one towel is provided (extra towels are charged). The rooms are quite well soundproofed, and earplugs are also provided if needed. * Food in the pantry and refrigerator must be listed with the owner and check-out date. Obviously, if food is stolen, the facility is not responsible, as is right.* I stayed in a room with 6 people mixed. *Some websites indicate that the tourist tax will be paid at the property.* Check-in time: 2:00 PM Check-out time: 12:00 AM

Our stay at Factory Hostel Barcelona was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt a warm and genuine welcome. The atmosphere of the hostel is friendly, relaxed, and full of positive energy. Everything was very clean, well organized, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made us feel not just like visitors, but like part of a big family. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to explore beautiful Barcelona.
