The hotel is convenient for tech office visits and the staff were helpful and courteous. That said the room and experience was not worthy of the price point (which is 30-40% more than similar level of hotels in the area). IMO the hotel is surviving on brand recognition and really hope some local hotels give them a stiff competition. The rooms were “ok” - if it were not for high price these are manageable issues but part of paying a premium was to have a peaceful nights sleep without these issues. - First the shower door is extremely stiff and the handle goes beyond the wall such that you can injure yourself closing the door with force (which is required due to stiffness). - Then the hot water was not working - while the staff fixed it eventually, my partner still had to take cold shower before they came in. - We also got the room right under the kitchen work or something so there were loud noises starting at 4:30am - i understand that the work needs to be done but then our room should have made this a facilities room or something- when paying 10k a night the least i expect is a good nights sleep. - While the rooms were clean on surface there are various rusted and badly plastered spots that are accumulating grime. - Despite being the most expensive hotel in the 2km radius the hotel price didn’t include breakfast by default and it was an add on.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. We had very good experience. Very friendly staff, good breakfast spread and very clean rooms. Special mention of Atul Das and Prince for the excellent support provided to my wife.

Everyone was extremely friendly and took care a lot . We enjoyed our stay, the service was great. Especially Rakibul who came personally to wish us a good journey. We will come again, thanks to everyone!
