booked 3rooms for a total of 5nights for my family.Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly below the service standards I associate with the Marriott brand. It stands as the poorest service experience I have had at any Marriott property to date. The front desk staff were notably unhelpful and lacked of professionalism, courtesy, and service awareness expected of a star-rated Marriott hotel. Their attitude was inconsistent with Marriott’s brand values. The breakfast experience further compounded our dissatisfaction, as the majority of hot dishes were served cold throughout our stay, indicating poor quality control and falling well below expected standards. As a result of this experience, I really regret having recommended this hotel to my family, as it failed to meet even basic expectations and reflected poorly on the trust I placed in the Marriott brand.

This hotel was the perfect introduction to Japan. From the moment we arrived, our stay was incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The staff truly went above and beyond, they were exceptionally kind, helpful, and accommodating with all our requests, including early check-in, late check-out, luggage storage, and more. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Namba Station, with plenty of cafes and eateries nearby. The hotel itself has all the amenities needed for a relaxed and comfortable stay, making it easy to unwind after a busy day exploring. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Exceptional service, a fantastic location, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan.
