Ericka and Denise were such a pleasure to meet. They provide a warm friendly welcoming to me and my family. It genuinely made the whole experience seeing their bright smiles and eager attitudes. Thank you ladies for the hard work you do it truly is not unnoticed. Aside from the service they are located in a convenient area, the bed was so comfortable! One feedback I could offer is upgrading the showers but that will not refrain me from rebooking here because it was truly a lovely experience… thank you all very much!!

Between road noise and only decent customer service, the Fairfield by Marriott … had a few things working against it; but a quality room nonetheless. The bar is a bit overpriced, even for South Florida standards. The bartender must have walked off just before we sat down because a gentleman further down the bar was still putting his straw in the glass when we walked up. We finally gave up and went to leave and, naturally, he walked up; but didn’t look happy to be there so we decided not to bother sitting back down. Check in also was not incredibly pleasant for Bonvoy standards. Not terrible, just not very warm and welcoming. The room itself was spacious, but the bed was oddly tight next to the air conditioning unit. Having two TVs was pretty nice too. The water pressure/shower head were incredible so bonus points there. Otherwise, a pretty standard stay; but not something Marriott should be particularly proud of as a whole.

Location was great, provided breakfast was also good. Beds were very firm and our room had no water pressure and the faucet leaked. Overall decent experience and location to airport and cruise port was perfect!!
