My team & I stayed at this hotel during the Interior Design Market in High Point. We stayed for 4 nights (as required by the hotel for Market attendees). During that time, there was no access to Netflix or other streaming. We had to watch cable programming. However, the biggest issue was that the parking lot light was strobing all night long for 4 straight nights & none of us could get restful sleep. Additionally, the beds were not comfortable. Despite my request to speak with the manager about these issues, the manager did not contact me. I had to contact her. We have stayed at this hotel, during the Interior Design Market, for the past decade, but we will no longer make reservations at this hotel. One books a room at a hotel to sleep & that was impossible in this hotel during a very important event for designers & trades people. Staying at this hotel was an exhausting experience for my entire team!

The Fairfield is a great place to stay when in the Highpoint area for business. The rooms are clean, modern and inexpensive. The location is near downtown Highpoint and close to the highway, not loud close, which makes it easy to get to. The property is clean and well run with friendly staff that are well trained and knowledgeable.

Mediocre hotel at best. This is why Air BnB exists. Pretty sure the towels were bought from a gym’s going out of business sale. The lighting in the rooms is criminal.
