Great hotel, BUT you can HEAR DOORS OPEN LOUDLY and INSIDE YOUR ROOM. I woke up early in the morning because of doors being slammed/closed. Great location , great breakfast and good staff. LOUD.

The room was nice but we were next to the stairs and it was very noisy. People using the stairs all hours and you can hear them hitting every step. You get "free" breakfast from 6-9am however my husband was looking for coffee at 6 but it wasn't out and nobody was around. Finally the coffee was out but the half & half wasn't available until 6:30. I went down about 7:00 and absolutely no one was around. There wasn't anyone at the front desk, the phone was ringing and ringing. Someone was checking out but no one was available to talk to...office doors closed, lights out. The oatmeal container that keeps it hot was boiling over spreading hot water all over the counter area, no more milk for the cereal, only a couple of slices of bread for toast and it was only 7:30...again no one was around.
