I’ll be honest: when I first pulled up and realized this was one of the older Fairfield builds, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, after a three-night stay, I can confidently say this property puts many of the brand-new "modern" hotels to shame. While the decor is a bit more traditional (think warm wood tones and patterned carpets rather than minimalist gray), the cleanliness was impeccable. You can tell the housekeeping staff takes real pride in this building. One major perk of these older builds? Soundproofing. The walls are thick, and I didn't hear a peep from the hallway or the neighboring rooms, which is a rare find these days. The bed was classic Fairfield—crisp, comfortable, and gave me some of the best sleep I’ve had on the road in months. The Service This is where the hotel truly shines. Many of the staff members have clearly been here for years. The front desk team didn't just check me in; they gave me great local dinner recommendations and remembered my name every time I walked through the lobby. It felt more like a boutique inn than a big-box chain. Breakfast & Amenities The breakfast area was spotless and well-stocked. Even during the 8:00 AM rush, the attendant was flying around making sure the eggs were hot and the coffee was fresh. Everything worked exactly as it should—the Wi-Fi was fast, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the AC unit was surprisingly quiet. The Verdict If you’re looking for a sleek, ultra-modern lobby to take photos in, this might not be your spot. But if you want peace and quiet, a professional staff, and a room so clean you could eat off the floor, don't hesitate to book here. It’s a well-oiled machine that reminds you why the Fairfield brand became a staple in the first place. I will definitely be staying here again!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and responsiveness during my stay. The main hotel telephone number is disconnected, and the phone in my room has not worked since I arrived. I reported this issue to the front desk on the first day of my stay and was assured it would be resolved while I was out the following day. However, it is now day four, and the phone in my room still does not function. I am also very concerned and confused as to why the hotel’s primary telephone number is disconnected. At this point, there appears to be no way to contact the hotel at all, which is unacceptable for any lodging establishment. Additionally, the response from the front desk has been dismissive, with a noticeable “I just work here” attitude rather than any genuine effort to provide reassurance or follow up. There has been no sense of urgency, accountability, or communication to indicate that the matter is being addressed. As a guest, I expect reliable communication and a staff that demonstrates care and professionalism. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
