I've been here a couple of times, but the rooms are better now than before, and the service is very good. A nice place for everything you want to do in the city.

I stayed for a conference and had a great stay. I had many needs that they were able to accommodate including non-smelling hair and body products as I am very reactive to scents. They provided all of that and free water regularly. I didn’t get to use the pool but after seeing it, I will definitely make time for that next time. I ran into people near the elevator who said they had a great time at the spa- both got massages but said they stayed for 4 total hours because there was more to do/additional things they wanted to take advantage of. I had the food service and it was good. I was really taken aback by how customer service focused this place was. I called so many times with needs and everyone was really, really kind. If I could request one more thing- it would be a wider selection of non-dairy based vegetarian options (I.e. more than pasta, pizza, and salad. They had hummus and pita which was good, but it would be nice to have had at least 5 hearty meals to choose from on the menu. The hotel was close to other food spots so I could walk about 10 minutes to find other options. This was my first trip to Austin and it was a good experience.
