Located 5 minutes walk from Century City mall. Staff is outstanding, especially on the Gold floor and lounge. The room (one BR king suite) is small and cramped with furniture. Large TVs. I had no problem ordering a small refrigerator for my room.

If you are a guest at this hotel - anytime you want to speak to housekeeping - the front desk - room service - you cannot. All calls go to one person (if that person answers the phone) and then you have to hang up and wait for a call back. Many times a person did not answer the phone and you went into a voicemail. The rooms are good and the location is good but if you want service, you better have time to wait for someone to get back to you.
