In general, we had a bad experience with the poolside service, except for a couple of days. It took an eternity to get someone to take our order, and another century to get it delivered. When we arrived, we went to the pool and experienced the above. The waiter was completely unfriendly, and I felt like I was doing her a favor. It was a very unpleasant experience. The room was also extremely hot. I couldn’t sleep well even with the fan on high. The temperature never dropped below 20 degrees Celsius, which was really bad. Apart from these issues, everything else was great. Here are a few things to praise: Ethan was incredibly helpful in setting up the chairs at the pool twice. He was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. Thank you! AHNJAHLEE was the best poolside server we’ve ever had. She was friendly, respectful, professional, and made us feel welcome. Thank you! Ryan from Ko restaurant was amazing when we had dinner there once. He made our dining experience very special. He knows what a five-star hotel is like. Thank you! Luz from the front desk was a great person. She was friendly, professional, and very welcoming. Thank you!

Sadly this is a "used to be" location. Ive spent the better part of 35yrs diving 5 Graves (5 Caves). After a decade hiatus, I returned last year to find that property tax abd progress have tainted what was once a quiet and magical spot.
