I had to make a last minute trip to the Philippines from the US to attend a family funeral over the holidays, so I was already feeling very tired and stressed. The minute the Fairmont airport shuttle arrived and greeted me at NAIA, I knew I was in great hands. From the speedy and welcoming check-in experience to the serene, spotless, beautifully decorated room, everything made for a very comfortable, secure, and relaxing visit. I definitely will stay here again the next time I'm in town.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was nothing short of exceptional. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcome, and their friendliness and professionalism truly set this place apart. The facilities are outstanding—immaculately maintained, thoughtfully designed, and offering everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention to detail goes into every aspect of the venue. What really makes this place shine, however, is the people. The staff are warm, approachable, and always willing to help, creating an atmosphere that feels both relaxed and premium at the same time. An exceptional experience from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough and will absolutely be returning.
