I stayed in a Fairmont Suite with my family in Dec over Christmas and was blown away by the sincere hospitality from the hotel staff. Breakfast was delicious and always served with a smile and Saven at the Gold lounge took care of us so well (he's an Avenger in disguise, he can open the tightest water bottles). Rooms were immaculate and location was pretty convenient. My only gripe was the indoor pool was too cold for winter - please warm it up to at least 30 degrees celcius. I will definitely return because the staff here are so warm and wonderful! Breakfast staff Onur and Bursa(??), spa staff (ladies from Bali, terima kasih!) and the wonderful lounge staff, the duty managers, all of you! You guys make Fairmont rock! This was beyond a 5 star stay :)
