At breakfast, the staff were smiling, welcoming, and helpful. At the Japanese restaurant, the staff were smiling and helpful, especially Faycal. At the Italian restaurant, the same comments apply, and Abderrahman was very attentive. At reception, Aïcha and Issam were very efficient and professional. The spa staff were friendly and welcoming. It's a shame there's no heated pool.
