Our stay was excellent! The facilities are clean and the service ourstanding. We were so touched and surprised by the display and treats for our anniversary, such a nice way to start our celebration. This was our first stay on a gold floor and at a Fairmont hotel in general - we will be back! We loved the the separate check-in, this felt very boutique like and personalized. The gold lounge food and coffee was very well done. Great location to excellent dining and attractions. Thanks!!

Five stars not for a "perfect" stay but for how I was impressed by the staff's ability to problem-solve and make me feel like a valued guest. Far exceeded my expectations for service and I really enjoyed the complementary bike rentals.

My experience at the Lobby Lounge this evening (07/March/2026) was highly unsatisfactory due to the unprofessional conduct of the reception staff (ARC Restaurant / Female). The individual on duty was dismissive and lacked basic service etiquette, making for a very unpleasant visit. For a venue of this caliber, the level of service was remarkably poor.
