Stayed here for a few nights and it was generally pleasant. The staff were very nice and respectful. They have nice pools; it’s just too bad that the best ones were closed for renovations (Kudetah and, I think, the other one is called Verdana). I booked this accommodation because of those pools. The resort is quite large, which is why people have to take the shuttle to get around. At this time, there were plenty of seaweed along the shore, so we had to go to White Beach to enjoy the sea. Bubble or foam party was fun! Breakfast is just okay, but buffet.

Do not book under any circumstances!!! A complete disaster! After our 30-day tour of the Philippines, we wanted to relax at this hotel, finish our books, and enjoy a cocktail by the pool or the sea. We had booked a nice, large room overlooking the golf course. That's where the first disappointment began. We were given a room that was filthy and broken all over, with a view of some kind of canopy over the reception area. After we asked for the room we had booked, we were moved, which wasn't exactly an improvement. Once we had resigned ourselves to this, we wanted to have a drink at their "amazing" infinity pool. But the pool was dirty, there wasn't a bar in sight, and half the area was cordoned off with barrier tape. Okay, so we decided to go to the sea, hoping for better luck. But all ten of the sun loungers they had were taken, and the lukewarm canned beers didn't satisfy us either. The second pool that was open was also a complete disaster. So we packed our things and checked out again after two hours. Then we went to the Aqua Hotel, which we absolutely loved!

Disastrous! Don't book this place! The website shows so many pools and restaurants. None of it's true. Just two dirty pools with no loungers... and one restaurant open. The room was nothing like the pictures. We complained and got a new one... bigger, but just as awful. Old, run-down, and simply filthy... Unbelievable! We left immediately, of course without a refund... Huge disappointment!! We went to the Aqua Hotel, which is absolutely fantastic!!
