Wonderful experience! Everything was so great and the kids loved it! So convenient being attached to the mall!! Will definitely be coming back!!

My family spent 2 nights in a Princess themed “luxury” room. We spent $1200 and got very little value. There was almost no human interaction throughout the booking, check in and check out processes. Online check in is misleading, I requested an early check in online (which is an option on the site) then waited 3 hours in the lobby for our room to be ready. I wasn’t informed that the early check in wouldn’t be granted. When I called to find out why our room wasn’t ready at the requested time, I was met with attitude and unprofessionalism. When we got to our room there were sticky circles from beverage cups on the end tables, hair in the jet tub and a bag of smelly meat from the previous guest in the mini fridge. I called guest services who sent house keeping and a little Filipina lady with a serious language barrier attempted to gaslight me saying that the tables were made from stone so imperfections are normal. She refused to wash the end tables so I washed them in front of her and revealed that indeed, what we were looking at were pop/juice stains! I had already started on the jet tub with Dettol I picked up from T&T because I could tell that staff weren’t prepared to help at all. The housekeeper took the smelly bag of meat from the previous guest and left without a word. She didn’t like having such shotty cleaning brought to her attention. The rooms are VERY small. Bathrooms are tiny. Our bathroom fan didn’t work. Themed rooms are both dank and dusty. All of the detailed furniture is difficult to maintain. There were dust on the beds, curtains, “chandeliers” dressers… there was dust and crumbs under the bed. It’s my living nightmare because I have OCD. I keep my house very orderly and hygienic. My daughter thought it was cute but I’ve paid less to have suites that offer privacy for my husband and I as well as jet tubs, cleanliness and a fun experience for the kids. I will NEVER stay here again. Zero value. Not even a view. We heard music blasting all night long. Possibly from another room or from somewhere else in the mall. There’s no direct access to the amenities that might lure you there in the first place. Meaning we had to walk the mall in our swim suits and towels one day and with our heavy ice skates the next. Fantasyland elevators are slow. Staff are rude and unwilling to budge to enhance your over priced experience. It’s very dated, dirty and depressing. Peeling wall paper near the jet tub, chipped paint on the bed and dresser… I am so underwhelmed and disappointed.

You're rooms are disgusting and nasty stains on the carpet on the bed. Hair in the tub not cleaned. I would never stay there again you should be ashamed to put people in these rooms they need to be all renovated and get new staff they don't know how to clean horrible
