A terrible experience. With the exception of the Head of Reception and the young bartender on the night shift, the rest of the staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. The beds are comfortable, but the walls are dirty and old. We had a problem with the electric vehicle charger in their parking garage and had to resolve it ourselves because they offered no assistance whatsoever. The breakfast is good and the location is excellent, but it's all for naught. I've read the other reviews and I don't understand it; we were incredibly unlucky. I do not recommend it.

It's right next to the Fatima Basilica, so it's a great place to pray. It's a bit cramped for three people. We had a delicious dinner. Yesterday, there were strong winds, a power outage, and poor road conditions, so I knew dinner would be difficult, but thank you for preparing it. I'm still using the hotel Wi-Fi, and my data hasn't been restored.
