I stayed for 2 nights in March 2026 and left with high satisfaction. The staff were attentive, the rooms were clean, the restaurant is right on the beach, and it's in a very advantageous location very close to the Mytilene ferry terminal. I highly recommend it.

This was my second visit. The first time was with my daughter, in the autumn, and everything was wonderful. But my second trip with my wife coincided with the winter season. The air conditioning was only for summer use; the room was freezing, the heat pump couldn't keep up, and at midnight the restaurant lights and air conditioning were turned off. We had to leave. Breakfast came in the morning with packaged items. I was very disappointed; the location, the beauty of the rooms, and the friendliness of the staff were excellent. I had said I wouldn't go anywhere else when I go to Ayvalık anymore, but it turned out to be an unpleasant experience.
