Unfortunately, the service at this hotel/hotel group is very poor. We booked a stay at the "Ferrer Concord Hotel & Spa" for April 2026 in August 2025. It seems this hotel no longer exists under that name. We now don't know if our booking is even valid. We haven't been able to reach anyone at the hotel's phone number for days, and there has been no response to emails. The hotline is also unhelpful. Not recommended.

We loved it!!! It was a truly relaxing and wonderful trip, and we're sure we'll be back. The room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The bathroom was also great, and our view was absolutely unmatched! You could tell that they really cater to their guests and that a pleasant stay is their top priority. The all-inclusive package offered a lot, and the food was consistently excellent, with something for everyone. Lunch and the spa are located in the partner hotel across the street. We didn't enjoy it as much there, though. There were always snacks available by the pool, and the hotel bar was almost always open. When it wasn't, there was always complimentary water, soft drinks, tea, etc., in plastic cups that were thoroughly cleaned and reused, or an aluminum bottle (provided in the room). They truly embrace sustainability here. Many other hotels could learn a thing or two from them. The bar staff were the nicest people, and they were always up for a laugh. The lady "Kerstin" at reception was the most competent and, in addition to Spanish, speaks fluent English and German (her native language). The communal hotel areas were always clean. Everything was renovated and not too large, which was very important to us as we don't like large, crowded hotels. Sun loungers on the beach have to be paid for on-site. However, you can relax under charming straw parasols and comfortable loungers by the pool and occasionally walk to the beach if you like. The beach is a bit dirty in some places, but that's just part of nature. If you walk far enough, you can always find a little spot. Everything is within walking distance, from strolls to walks into town, and it has a real charm. We also noticed the cleanliness there. Despite being all-inclusive, many things weren't included, but the extra charges were fair and understandable. Unfortunately, we were initially a bit confused and didn't quite understand, which led to a misunderstanding between my husband and a staff member, not least due to the language barrier, as she spoke very little English. We quickly resolved the issue, as we were happy to pay extra for food and drinks. Unfortunately, the woman then complained to other staff members about our lack of understanding. This continued several times throughout our vacation. Her displeasure with us was noticeable at dinner and also at the bar when we ordered a drink. My husband only speaks English, but I understand and speak Spanish and understood what she was saying about us. After other staff members apparently realized from my expressions that I understood her, we were treated with excessive friendliness for the remainder of our vacation, perhaps as a way of minimizing the damage. Well, these things happen – we don't hold grudges and would like to give 5 stars for the service to acknowledge the excellent service provided by the other staff. Unfortunately, my partner forgot an item of clothing in the trunk. Not everyone speaks English, and explaining the situation was a bit complicated. We received much better assistance via email, and after removing a shipping label, we had our forgotten item in our hands three business days later. In conclusion: great rooms, mostly friendly and competent staff, excellent food, always available, a fantastic sustainability concept, a stunning view, and a great pool. We'll be back, at the latest for our honeymoon, to relive our first holiday together :)
