Ferretti Park Hotel Kursaal Misano

Location of the room with a sea view, nothing to complain about. I stayed from December 30, 2025 to January 2, 2026. The rooms were not very clean, the restaurant service was poorly managed, the food was poor, the bread was still frozen, and there were problems with table assignment. The waiters were always kind, no matter what the inconvenience. They changed my table three times after yet another argument with the manager and the owner. I will never stay here again. Terrible experience.

An experience to forget We stayed at this hotel from December 30th to January 2nd. I'll start with the most painful note of all: the food. On the first day, they served us linguine with fish that smelled horribly, and the same thing happened with the fillet served on New Year's Eve.... Smelly and tough (inedible). The rest of the food was just to avoid starving. The children's food was poor quality and always the same: pasta with tomato sauce, and three main courses all fried (cutlet, etc.). Many times, we'd queue and only find chips. So, either we had to wait several minutes in the middle of the chaos or we'd go back to our place and come back later. When booking the New Year's Eve menu, I had mentioned via email that my partner doesn't eat fish. They told me it wasn't a problem as he would find alternatives. However, the waiters hadn't been informed of this. We asked if they could kindly bring a larger portion of the meat dishes since he wasn't eating the rest. They replied, "Oh, that's not possible." So he spent half the dinner watching everyone else eat, and the little he had wouldn't have satisfied even a kindergarten child! (All things reported to reception, but completely ignored.) Drinks were only included from the dispenser. The Coke wasn't Coke, the orange soda had orange pieces in it (water coloring), and many times it was just water. The waiters were rude (swearing nonstop) and pissed off... They even talked back to the children. The rooms are nice with a mini fridge. Wellness center: I asked for the price via email and was told €15. When I arrived at the hotel, I asked, and it was €15 per hour (which they didn't specify in the email). Entrance must be booked in advance. The kids' area was terrible for a family-friendly hotel... The only positive thing was the entertainment team. There were only two of us, but they knew how to handle 10 people. They were good, competent, always offering new activities, and friendly... Top!!!! The hotel is located on the seafront. In conclusion: the hotel itself is nice, but it needs competent and professional staff...

If I could give less than zero, I would.... Rude waiters and waitresses, poor food quality. Last-minute dinner, I'm intolerant to fish, and even though I let them know days in advance, they told me they didn't know what to do and couldn't do anything. The only positive thing was the entertainment... You talk to the management, they list the problems, they look at you and don't even respond. It's a shame because I paid and I expect good service... I definitely won't be returning.
